Case 1    Major UK Holiday Company

The Relocation Company was employed to manage the relocation of 400+ staff from various offices into a bespoke, three floor 60,000 sq. ft. building.

We were subsequently asked to re-plan the office adjacencies and layouts, re-define departmental IT, Telephony and storage requirements, identify and plan suitable move dates, prepare and present an employee seminar and to be the focal contact point for all aspects of the relocation.

The client operates a ‘mission critical’ call centre that handles holiday booking requests from all of its 950 travel shops. After the call centre closed on Saturday at 7pm we successfully and seamlessly relocated the 90 operatives who were ‘up and running’ at 9am on Sunday.

The remaining 300+ staff were moved over three consecutive weekends and in each case were operational within 10 minutes of arriving for work on the Monday morning.

Case 2    Planning Consultants  

The ‘Partners’ were a start up Planning and Development Consultancy comprising 30 employees.

The Relocation Company was appointed to advise them of the processes involved in the set-up and fit-out of their new office and project manage all aspects of the works to ensure the office opened on their planned start date.

After identifying the client's requirements we organised the tender process for Space Planning, Furniture, IT, Telephony, Security, Stationery, Fit-out, Cleaning suppliers and contractors. We then coordinated equipment installations and furniture deliveries with the office fit out works.
